ECG changes that may indicate current ischaemia or previous MI include (from NICE):
Pathological Q waves – > 40 ms (1 mm) wide, > 2 mm deep, > 25% of depth of QRS complex, and seen in leads V1-3 (see LITFL)
LBBB (new LBBB is always pathological)
ST-segment and T-wave abnormalities (eg T-wave flattening or elevation, or T-wave inversion).
